Re: Elementary/Middle School Student Orientation
Welcome to School District No. 43 (Coquitlam)! We want to help you to feel at home and to assist you in familiarizing you with your new school environment. We will be reviewing Canadian school expectations, the Coquitlam student code of conduct, report cards, ESL support classes, and general start-up procedures for the first week of school.
We will also review the following items:
Community involvement
School involvement (extra-curricular activities)
School schedule
School Website (September Newsletter)
ESL Assessment
Student Agenda Book (homework and notes from teachers)
Please be advised that the orientation for International Students will take place as follows:
Dates: Wednesday, August 27th, 2014
Time: 10:00 am
