신청기간은 2014년 12월31일까지이며, 첨부해 드린 사진을 다운받으신 후에 써리 교육청 사무실에 제출해주시면
됩니다.
반드시 학생의 부모님께서 신청을 해주셔야 합니다.
첨부해드린 보상서류와 싸인을 하신후에 교육청에 제출해주시고, 제출한 날로부터 3-4주 내에 $500불을 보상받게 됩니다.

Dear Parents and Custodians,
By now, you should have already received a letter from our Superintendent regarding a reimbursement of $500.00 for each fee-paying international student who paid for and was scheduled to commence studies on September 2, 2014. Only current students (those studying now) are eligible for the reimbursement. Students who withdrew are not eligible as they were reimbursed as per the District Refund Policy. Please read the following instructions carefully as it explains exactly how to receive the reimbursement. Note that this will is a one time and voluntary reimbursement from Surrey Schools as compensation for lost instruction days and the expenses you may have incurred as a result.
How to receive the $500 reimbursement:
Step 1: Complete and sign the attached Reimbursement Form.
Step 2: Return the Reimbursement Form (and if required, the attached Parent Authorization Form) to the Surrey Schools International Education Department located at the address below. Emailed forms will also be accepted.
There will be a significant number of reimbursement requests to process, therefore, your patience is appreciated. While we do aim to have cheques issued in a timely manner, due to the volume of requests please allow 3-4 weeks for processing.
The deadline to return this form is December 31, 2014.
